InteractiveWebs is an Australian web agency that designs websites, hosts them on its own managed servers, and integrates them with the business systems you already use — CRM, accounting, payments, email and more. We have been making the web work for businesses for more than 20 years.
How much does website hosting cost?
Managed hosting starts at $22 AUD per month including GST for a small business site. The most popular plan, Business Web 30 at $33 per month, suits the everyday business site with email; Business Web 50 at $55 per month suits busier sites and online stores. Every plan includes cPanel, a free auto-renewed SSL certificate, unlimited storage, bandwidth and spam-filtered mailboxes (fair use), and 24/7 ticketed support on servers InteractiveWebs owns and operates. Extra domains are $11 per month incl. GST, and you can pay monthly or yearly.
How much does a new website cost?
Every project is quoted as a fixed price up front after a short discovery conversation. The price quoted is the price you pay, with unlimited design revisions until you are happy, delivered to an agreed deadline.
Can you move my website and email from another host?
Yes. We handle the entire migration — site files, databases, DNS and mailboxes — and test everything before switching over, so the changeover is designed to be seamless.
What is systems integration and do I need it?
Integration means connecting your website to the other software your business runs on — so a web order can automatically create an invoice in Xero, update inventory and add the customer to your CRM. We build these connections using each system's API, and we work with the tools you already have rather than forcing you to switch.
Where is InteractiveWebs located?
We are based in Bangor, in Sydney's Sutherland Shire (NSW, Australia), and work with clients across Australia and internationally. Hosting support tickets are answered 24/7.
